Jill Griffin is our Center office Broker, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Weiss Lake area and Cherokee County, Alabama. As a lifelong resident of Cherokee County, Jill brings deep local knowledge and over two decades of real estate experience to every transaction.
Since 2000, Jill has helped clients navigate the Weiss Lake market, specializing in lake property, waterfront homes, vacation residences, and second homes. Her strong negotiation skills and financial background provide clients with strategic guidance and clear communication from contract to closing.
Jill is a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club and has consistently ranked among top-producing agents within the Etowah-Cherokee Association of Realtors. She has served on the Realtor Board of Directors and remains actively involved in community organizations throughout Cherokee County.
A graduate of Jacksonville State University with a degree in accounting, Jill holds the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designations, reflecting her expertise in lake and investment property.
Jill has been married to her husband, Phil, for 38 years, and together they have raised two children in Cherokee County. As a lifelong resident who lives and works in the community she serves, Jill fully embraces the Weiss Lake lifestyle. She enjoys boating, kayaking, hiking, and gardening and understands firsthand why so many families choose to call this area home.
