Cathy Griffeth | Founder and Broker Cedar Bluff Office
Cathy Griffeth is the Founder and Broker of LakeWeissAlabama.com Real Estate Services and has been serving the Weiss Lake area for over two decades. As a full-time resident of Cedar Bluff since 2004, she offers firsthand knowledge of lake living, waterfront property values, and the lifestyle that continues to attract buyers from Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and beyond.
Cathy specializes in lake property throughout Cedar Bluff, Centre, and Cherokee County, Alabama, including waterfront homes, lake lots, vacation residences, and full-time lakefront living. Her deep understanding of shoreline property, buyer demand, and local market trends allows her to guide both buyers and sellers with clarity and confidence.
Known for her steady approach and strong work ethic, Cathy has built her business on personal relationships, integrity, and consistent results. She works closely with buyers searching for homes in the Weiss Lake area and sellers looking to maximize the value of their lake property.
Deeply involved in the community, Cathy has served on the Board of Directors for the Etowah-Cherokee Association of Realtors and remains active in organizations including the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Women’s Club of Weiss Lake, and the Historical Museum Board. She is also a member of St. Michael, where she contributes to the Building Committee and Parish Council.
In 2020, Cathy was inducted into the Etowah-Cherokee Association of Realtors Realtor Hall of Fame and earned the Top Producing Agent award for her tenth consecutive year. Her continued success reflects both her dedication to her clients and her long-standing commitment to the Weiss Lake community.
